It is not clear to me which quarter they view to be in jeopardy. The current quarter or next quarter? How do you interpret this?

NEW YORK (CBS.MW) - The bears came out in force to dump tech stocks Wednesday with another profit warning from Nortel Networks giving investors a harsh wake-up call.

Nortel's woes had widespread negative repercussions on tech stocks, as most groups got whacked. Predictably, networking and fiber-optic issues led on the downside. Internet issues also swooned while chip stocks saw the mildest losses. Listen to Merrill's Christine Callies.

Wit Soundview= Wit UnSound View. Old news. SK drops to 50% by June and meets government's stupid requirement for their earlier merger with some peanut sized company in Korea. Then gloves are off and SK, having satisfied the idiots in the Korean government's merger dept, attacks after it meets this requirement for one month in a row.

What a way these people do business. So now we see SK selling phones for their competitor to achieve tha goal.

LOOK AT THIS NONSENSE:
SK Telecom sleeps with enemy to reduce number of subscribers

"Sleeping with the enemy" could turn out be a win-win strategy, as far as domestic
telecom operators are concerned.

SK Telecom (SKT) and Shinsegi Telecomm (011 and 017), the leading mobile-phone
operators, announced yesterday that they will stop receiving new subscribers
beginning April 1 and look at ways to have its agencies sell the 019 services of LG
Telecom (LGT), one of its rivals.

SKT and LGT reached an agreement in principle Tuesday to let 011 agencies be used
as sales outlets for 019 mobile services from April 10 at the earliest, SKT officials
said.
