Roger, I looked at 2 tech earnings tonight:

1. TECD, beat street but guided EPS substantially lower for current quarter. I went short at 26 AH.

2. CS, beat street and guided top line higher, comfortable with current EPS consensus. Will take 2 of its subsidiaries (Enterasys and Aprisma ) public without doing IPO in light of market conditions. Details to be unveiled in the next 2 months. Riverstone, another subsidiary, went public earlier this year. RSTN shares to be distributed tax free to CS shareholders. CS has $1.1 billion in cash and investments, market cap $2 billion. I'm buying CS first thing in the morning. Anyone interested should at least listen to the CC replay.

Regards,

Tom
