Somebody told me the other day that my wife sees the cup of water half full whereas I see it half empty. I told her that I too see it half full. I just see the Chromium 6 in it. I'm probably a hardboiled carrot stick in a cup of coffee. Not to be disagreeable, but doesn't the great northwest use hydro-electric and they are complaining about drought conditions. But I agree. Lets start damming up rivers and streams and create recreational areas along with power.
