According to the following, the discovery turned up 5000 pages of documents and 20 ifx employees are to be deposed!!? Could be the start of something big.

Rambus (RMBS-$23-SB) Infineon Trial Expected to Start April 17 Mark Edelstone

Due to the submission of new evidence turned in by Infineon, Judge Payne had ordered Infineon on 3/16 to search for additional documents and to enable RMBS's attorneys to complete a new round of depositions.
To accommodate depositions by RMBS's legal team of about 20 Infineon employees, and time to review about 5,000 pages of documents, the RMBS trial vs. Infineon is currently expected to start on 4/17 (a delay of one week).
We believe RMBS will be able to promote a much stronger case in front of a jury, especially since the Markman ruling released on 3/16 makes it somewhat more difficult for RMBS to prevail. In addition, we believe that the potential for Infineon to settle out of court has increased significantly.
