Thanks for the note about XP. It will be interesting to see if folks will open their wallets, or companies will issue a P.O. for a more powerful computer, to run a new, more stable OS.

I think a large percentage of machines sold in the last two years will run XP just fine. Didn't your previous post say that sales were accelerating around mid-market machines running at 900MHz and above?

It's more than just stability. It's a platform provider that will enable more devices to connect and integrate in ways we currently cannot.

The world is no longer about your standalone desktop, but connectivity through the Internet, and this is where XP shines, and better than Sun.
