Take a look at Rite Aid. The shares were as low as $1.75 from a high of over $50. The shares are now rebounding and are trading at close to $7. When good management is in place a successful turn around is quite possible. Nissan was also $3 about a year ago. Today trading around $14. I think SGI has the same chance of a successful turn around as these companies had. They have good management, good products, and a niche market with a loyal customer base. There are many turn around stories being formed in the market today: XRX, LU, BORL, etc. Like SGI the odds of success is much higher the odds of failure IMHO.
