These things feed on themselves. If fiscal and monetary
policy mistakes ala 1929 are made, watch out. Besides,
how much confidence does Mr. Greenspan muster when he
himself said that he does not understand our technological
economy. Not good in my humble opinion. The world looks
to him to fix the problems and he flat out said his
not sure of the cure.

Wake up. The "surplus" is a myth. The tax cut is designed to repay the big funders for their help during the campaign (for another example of this type of repayment, see the bankruptcy legislation and note the benefits to MBNA, one of Poppyseed's biggest funders). Neither of these items will save the economy or this market.

I am starting to consider NT for a bounce play. BWDIK
