Shorters showed no fear at the close. We didn't break todays downtrend once.

Looks like we put in a mini H&S at the close.

My favorite story of the day today is Agere.
Pisani claims a victory for Morgan Stanley because AGR finished up 0.3%. This is after they lowered the IPO price 57% and eliminated $2.6B of the company's value.

The good news is we get to see MS choke on a $1.3B loss. Looks like they'll have to do some extra rounds on CNBC.
