In business, if I hire someone for a job they say they can do, but can't, I eventually have to fire them. If Bush is not able to keep these promises, regardless of the obstacles you cite, he'll face being fired in '04. Hey, this is the same stuff Demo were saying when Gingrich shut down the government cause he had to sit at the back of the plane. Washington politics stink...
