Use Find to locate IDLE.DLL on your CD. Start by looking for IDLE.DLL in the file name box, and if this fails, put *.CAB in the file name box and IDLE.DLL in the Contains text box. Next, use Find to locate IDLE.DLL on your system. If it's there, it may be corrupt. Note its location. If you don't find it, assume it belongs in \WINDOWS\SYSTEM. Once you locate the file on your CD, use Explore to either copy it or extract it. You could download IDLE.DLL as well. Be sure you get the correct file. I'm assuming System File Checker hasn't helped. Cheers, PW. P.S. With a name like IDLE, one would imagine it doesn't do much. If I ever wrote a .DLL, I'd call it BUSY.DLL, AMBITIOUS.DLL, IMPORTANT.DLL or something along these lines.
