Based on today's action alone, i would say it was some market makers trading underwear. If it was a fund buyer, someone would have played it thin enough to raise the bid above 7 and 1/16. But, fiven that the money flow has been upthere since the end of january, it wcould be some form of instutional limit buy - the problem is that the volumes are so errratic, and the costs to accumulate in those relatively small blocks...on second thought, or is it the third, if it was a smaller fund or hedge fund buying for several account strategies, it could be a good thing to watch.

I didn't check news or insiders, and thats important, as insider sometimes have to buy before their options expire (end of 1st quarter). Worth watching, though
