QUALCOMM (QCOM) 54 13/16 -5 1/16: CIBC World Markets cutting estimates after the bell: FY01 from $1.26 to $1.20 and revenues from
$3.0 bln to $2.9 bln; FY02 from $1.73 to $1.57 and revenues from $4.3 bln to $3.9 bln (consensus EPS for FY01 is $1.26, FY02 is $1.65). As the
technology recession continues, license revenues could be more difficult; also skeptical of 90 mln CDMA unit estimate the company is endorsing.
Remains rated a STRONG BUY with a $110 18-24 month target

Every time QCOM gets down to around $50, I think, I should buy some. And then I don't. And then later I wish I did. And then the next time QCOM gets down to around $50, I think, this time I really should buy some. But I won't. I don't do charts, but Allan's Brafoo chart shows, as he puts it, "a lot of air."

I heard there was some negative Analyst banter. Last few days Analysts been talking it down, which to me is a buy signal. I am sitting still though. Made a one day 5 figure profit selling calls on SOX for 1 day....hohoho
