That is the question I asked in my original post. Don't jump to conclusions vis a vis a slow ramp. This could very well be a consolidation/production efficiency move. I hope Paul or others who are well acquainted with the various production facilities will be able to clarify.

Sounds like P4 sales are collapsing and the P4 ramp is being scaled down.
