That article surprised me. I was under the impression PALM was serious about being a software-driven company and deriving most of its revenues from licensing, royalties, etc. If the details in the article are true then they are dead-on right in bringing up the Apple disaster, because frankly this is starting to smell like Rotten Apple Redux. Are there other ex-Apple execs at PALM or is Chahil the only one?

The funny thing is that even with the recent huge drop in price PALM still sports an extremely high PE of ~150. And a very ugly looking quarter ahead.
