Another consideraton effecting pe may be the growth in the number investors during the last run up.One might say that demand for shares out paced supply,now that is in reverse. >>>>>>

Wychoff used an idealized market cycle, a right sloping S, with the bottom base of the s being caused by fear, the top base of the S caused by greed,

on a long term basis, considering everybody loathed the stock market in 1982 at the bottom, and now everybody loves the stock market and public participation is at levels seen at other market tops,

on a long term basis we very well could have already crested the top of the S and are headed down to the other side of the S,

where the S stands for supply.
