Hi Jay, thanks for your comment. I base my simple analysis on p/e, peg (p/e to growth, simple p&f, factoring in that there is a major stock market (p/e) reevaluation for which GE hasn't fully corrected.

In addition, GE's earnings growth rate will slow. The company is good at juggling numbers. However, everyone will scrutinize GE's earnings in this environment. For example, if they take a one time gain for the satellite deal, it will be taken by the investment community as just that - a one time gain not to be factored into p/e.

Also, there has been significant technical damage to the stock's price performance (p&f).
