How about this idea for a fix: Message 15584357 "1. IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND ALL CAPITAL GAINS TAXES FOR 3 YEARS. the purpose of this is to force investment capital into the market to grease the wheels of industry in this nation." What would YOU do if you could realize all outstanding capital gains "tax free".... hmmmm... maybe realize them? Which means you probably don't want to be anywhere near the equity markets at the beginning or end of this period. LOL. nbb
