Someone on Stockhouse posted a news release which announced that two of our guys (Bossio and Irish) had joined the Board at Destiny. Anybody know anything about this?

Does anyone know when the AGM will be held? Usually the AGM has been held in late June but I have not seen anything about a scheduled meeting coming up. I was at last year's meeting when they introduced the GPSMax people and I would like to know what they have accomplished over the past year.
