john, you can find new highs/lows here: (updated after the close) stockcharts.com There are not listed by sector however.

Can Anyone Recommend a Good 52 Week Hi/Lo list, preferably by sectors John, this isn't quite what you are looking for but I think you might find it useful none the less: smartmoney.com Very cool tool for zooming in on particular sector.
