Yea, I have eased off as you know for weeks now -- going back to the series of "we're in the dessert phase" posts. Anytime an instrument/market falls this far, this fast , one should be on guard for a violent rally. I just don't think this is a time to press the short bet. I am still net short and will stay so until I get whipped, but I will have no hesitation going the other way when I think it's time to bite the middle out -- others will have caught the bottom -- not me thanks. As for the SOX, yea, I think the next test going down is around 553 +/-. Going the other way, around 625 should be a tough trick. Cheers
