Points well-taken. Both your and chic's points about adjusting to the current market conditions are most important. I'm glad to see him here.

Not to nitpick, but Luc's other famous sayings are "What's the call?" and (my particular favorite) "We're going Downtown". <g>

Like I said, I think chic makes some great points, but I think he gets off the rails a bit when contrasting the bullish porch with a bearish CFZ.

That's easy to say when we've been right for so long.

For all we know the CFZ could be proven terribly wrong at some point, but for now we're "gooroo" status.
