Diamond, Yes, those euros are sooooooo.... smart. They don't know how to play the game. If they did ERICY wouldn't have capitulated when QC was in a much weaker position. And NOK is now playing the same game that ERICY played and I expect they will come up losers when all is said and done. The writing was on the wall well over a year ago when it became apparent that the Asian's were going to to become a huge force in the handset biz.

While NOK is busily plotting out their next move and who they payoff next QCOM continues to crank out technology that helps service providers increase capacity and throughput and do it with little disruption to their existing networks.

You sure seem willing to convince yourself that somehow QCOM is going to get hurt from the euro's attempts to do in the US what they have done in Euroland. Ain't going to happen. Believe me, US politicians and various US agencies know the game Euro is trying to play. Until Euroland plays fairly (let the best technology win and let me in your backyard) the US will knock down any attempt by the Euro's to influence the direction of the US wireless market.

If you don't believe the US gov isn't behind QCOM how do you explain China's recent moves concerning CDMA.
