Hi Cush,

Some good analysis, imo. That level looks like a good one to watch for. Seems the NAZ is in worry mode with another biggie warning this week or next so I dont know if it can make a run or not (maybe that's reflected in the MACD and Stoch?). That level may be a very important signal in this type market, imo.

Notice our "little" Canadian company has been the ass kicker to any rally we've had?? The Oct earnings set that bear run in the NAZ off, the one in February was a great signal, and now this one. The only question I have is: Was that NT bad news so priced in with the networkers that we can use it as a bounce point, or a harbinger of things to come?

If we knew that I guess we would all be emailing from our laptop in the Carribbean, instead of my dingy office <g>.

Hi Cush:

I find that, if you are looking for signals on the Nasdaq chart these days, you have to be very careful to check the chart of the Nasdaq 100 as well. The two are not in synch right now and a signal on one is not always duplicated on the other. For example, the Nasdaq 100 easily took out it's 52 week low today while that low just barely held on the composite index.

I would wait for any breakout to be in place on BOTH charts before acting on it.

Tom
