I knew he was being sarcastic. Bush isn't taking the US back to old environmental standards unless you count the standards of the late 1990s or 2000 to be old. He is canceling new regulations and policies that Clinton put in. Environmental regulations will be tighter under GW then they where on Reagan. If you think any pull back on environmental regulations or standards is always wrong I can see why you are mad at Bush and oppose his policies but your criticism should have some perspective and connection with reality.
