Well, (ADSP) mentioned the 50 mln. combined in cash several times. I see ADSP with only 4 of that 50 mln. It's an all stock deal. No formula. Can we establish anything off the 50 mln.?? Anybody have any thoughts? One other thing mentioned was sales in March exceeded 1 mln. and expected 2 mln. in April.
