from the pretty neat trick department....

Subject: Microsoft Windows 98 [CLEARING THE WAY FOR A DRAG-AND-DROP - 03/29/2001]

"Have you ever grabbed something and started dragging it only to find
that your destination is obscured by an open window? Here's a little
trick that will help in these situations. Continue to hold the item
you're dragging, and move it over your system tray. Keep it still for
a second or two, and every open window automatically minimizes,
leaving you an open desktop."

I appreciate the help,Nemer. The task bar is only in #2. That is it doesn't stretch across both monitors. But this is the only aspect of the primary monitor that shows up on #2.....When I open from an off position everything opens on #1 whether or not #2 is turned on except the task. When I minimize from # 1 it goes to the task on #2....even if 2 is turned off.

Actually I normally do close out my trading platform every day while it is spread across both screens except the task which does not spread across both monitors ..It used to stay on #1 now it stays on #2 .Now the task is in #2 all the time so I couldn't close out with it in #1 .
