Napster is one of many P2P services out there. The RIAA is VERY naive to think they can shut down Napster, not the original but the whole concept of P2P file sharing.

I take issue with the reports claims that hard drive players will overtake flash players. IMHO, the idea of a spinning disk that only lasts for about 4 hours with 4 AA batteries is very unappealing to me, an MP3 user. I would much rather have a smaller capacity player which runs on flash.
