I'm not sure I understand this. On the one hand it is clear that you think PALM is a buy at pretty much any price between where it is today and, what did you say, $45? On the other hand, you're talking about shareholder revolt and getting the BoD to boot the management team.

I don't get it.

If the company needs a management overhaul how can you consider it a good investment?

BTW, you keep saying PALM beat earnings, but that is simply not true. PALM lost money last quarter. One other BTW: PALM products were NOT created by 3Com.

Crystal, what palm NEEEEDS is an ECONOMIC RECOVERY. PALMS are completely optional, NOBODY really NEEDS one. So as long as this ECONOMIC SLUMP persists, Palm will have TROUBLES.
