Shorting is not easy in Canada, I found the best way is going market, than at least you know with in about 30 min. that you got it, otherwise the broker can let you wait up to a day, everything is manually done!

Well it's hard t figure out...a comment that makes no sense. I guess I'll have to assume that you are assuming that what might be your situation applies to everyone. Fortunately, those who aren't too lazy or uncapable of research don't have any trouble executing short sales without "calling it in" or with unusual margin requirements.
