Saleman, that was your two cents worth? I recommend a visit to an optician. Read this (slowly):

"CDMA network charges of 0.20 yuan (0.2 US cents) per minute compared with GSM charges of 0.40-0.60 yuan (0.5-0.7 US cents) per minute."

Or could it have been a mistake in dollar values, systematic error in terms of decimals? I wouldn´t be too surprised considering the very same article proposing a 13M subscriber increase in one month for a test network. Wonder who is penning this bile and can´t Q find any better?

From all this we can safely conclude that yuan is one hell of a currency, one yuan having the value of ten dollars.
