dave,

The western suburbs have grown rapidly after freeway 394 was built. When we bought our house in Plymouth (1974) we were surrounded by corn fields and now we have to drive 5 miles to find a corn field. <g> The house prices out west here have about doubled in the last 6 years. The new house building has more than doubled in cost over that time frame. The taxes are also going through the roof since we have been building schools like it is going out of style. Where we live a school bond never gets voted down so we are looking at a bond vote every year.

This will pass, I can remember on Lake Minnetonka you could not give away a house during the last recession and now you can not buy one.
