Thanks Gottfried Maybe there is some related, more accurate measure of this indicator, like the ratio of (strong buy/all recommendations). I still think that analysts are a contrary indicator, but am still searching for an objective measure of this. Maybe we should only include certain analysts in the denominator. I suppose there are two kinds of analysts - those that serve as contrary indicators and those that don't. Do you have an opinion about that concept? (Maybe the concept is more valid if we kick out the few truly gifted analysts. They confuse our data.) Don
