14:59 ET Market Action (openx) : While it may not be reflected on the Indices (Nasdaq -45, S&P -12), the capitulation in the tech sector that everyone has been waiting for is occurring today. The top names are rolling over. For example, JDS Uniphase (JDSU 17 3/16 -2 23/32) has now given back 2 1/2 yrs worth of gains. Now that the capitulation has occurred, will anyone have the courage to step in front of freefalling stocks?
