Thanks, Peter. Best sector analysis I've seen for years (even if it's not the right sector <g>).

In April 2000, with the British auctions, when companies spent $35 billion just buying spectrum. Six weeks later they spent about $45 billion in Germany. Suddenly all these costs became a reality, and the bond market fell apart.

The one thing I did do right last year was to sell all my telecoms stocks after the spectrum auction in the UK. I failed apply the same discipline to my biotechs.

Yes, no question that AMZN, CRA, YHOO, HLIT, Etc.,Etc. were a little "overvalued" a year ago and a lot of money could have been made selling them short or buying PUTS. <g>

If you want a "recession free" sector, look at my previous recommendation that although it has already doubled since January, it seems that still has some "long term" potential.<g>
