My reply was a sarcastic joke. But, the US economy will be affected if this state's economy takes a big dive. We are hearing that from many analysts and commentators. The truth will be unfolded as the future develops. It can't help but affect the whole country. Just look at the industries that are located here. Even if they all relocated, it would cost money to relocate so the rest of the country would pay the price of the relocation. Also, look at the food that is produced here not to mention the entertainment industry. Time will tell
