Anything has to beat Dial up! Almost got a wireless modem from our satellite provider but there was no "free trial" period and I don't know how reliable or fast the service would be. Still thinking about it though. Really sick of these slow speeds. Let me know how the cable works if you get it. It's not here yet either but they've been bringing it this way now for a year and a half. Maybe they are close.

I love mine. I typically run at over 2 Mbps during the day.
