Ted, So, Tim, I guess by your standards Kyto was last minute as well since it fell within the last three years of the Clinton administration. Can we count stuff that was passed in '93 or '94, or is that still too late? As far as I know, the Kyoto agreement never passed. It is a corpse, as far as the US is concerned, and Bush just said it out loud. If I leave you guys without adult supervision you resort to Scumbria's standards, which is you make up stuff. But maybe I am too hard on you. It may not be all that unhealthy. My daughter talks to her dolls and stuffed animals and at almost 3, she seems very emotionally balanced. Joe
