Can we count stuff that was passed in '93 or '94, or is that still too late?


As far as I know, the Kyoto agreement never passed. It is a corpse, as far as the US is concerned, and Bush just said it out loud.

If I leave you guys without adult supervision you resort to Scumbria's standards, which is you make up stuff.

But maybe I am too hard on you. It may not be all that unhealthy. My daughter talks to her dolls and stuffed animals and at almost 3, she seems very emotionally balanced.
