Fine, you live in CA and you have an advanced degree related to this subject matter. So I don't chalange you when you talk about CAs problems. I'll assume you are right as you have reason to know and I have no reason to think you would be dishonest. However when you make specific statements that are verifiably false I'll call you on them. CAs taxes have grown as a percentage of personal income and have strongly grown if you just consider real per capita taxes, so when you say CA has been "one of the most agressive places to reduce taxation in this country" it is not only false but is obviously false.

False? Right!

All you have shown is that tax revenues have grown in the past 20 years in CA, and then concluded, based on your supposition, that the growth was aggressive. And the basis for your conclusion is that taxes have remained at a certain percentage of income over time. So what....that means nothing at all..its a number...it does not address changes in the population make up, changes in the state's needs, changes in the condition of the infrastructure, changes in income........

Sorry, but I am not impressed. You have proven nothing. You can't throw a bunch of numbers around where people are concerned, and then determine that things are fine because your numbers look good. I mean, you can if you want to but doesn't mean sh*t.

Nice try, though.
