ardethan: Re telecom and Cisco, in brief, yes. But it is not so much that Cisco will have trouble having telecom firms accept Cisco as a gorilla, but Cisco has had, and will continue to have, trouble being, repeat being, a gorilla in telecom. Cisco's gorillaness in networking has not transferred successfully beyond enterprise networks. So while the technologies in enterprise networks and telecom seem similar, viva la difference say the Junipers and others who swim more easily in the fiberglass in "telecom" space. Best. Chaz
