But refinancing can help in a big way. I hooked up a client with a mortgage broker. The client is over extended but he can refinance his home, home equity and condo loans (totaling 225k) and cut the combined payments by 600 / month. This is like 10% of his annual take home. The down side is it stretches the life for 8 more years (22 back to 30).

Are you buying the idea semi equipment cos. did not benefit from telco vendor financing?
