I am sorry but I dont understand the above, seems each is directly opposite of the other??
I am not discussing things from a Political viewpoint. I am very concerned about the Health of our Nation economically. I dont care if its a Rep. or a Dem. but I do believe in my heart tax rates are now too high (taxes are the highest %age of GNP since WWII in spite of the incredible gains in GNP and the end of the cold war) Doesnt that seem strange to you? Jdn
