Kent: The San Diego Union Tribune continues to take every means and every opportunity to attack its home town business Qualcomm.

Perhaps this is just the built in hatred "journalists" have for business or for anyone who actually suceeds well in the real world (which Qualcomm has, is and will) as opposed to the observer, detached, "those that can't do, write" world.

But this seems deeper than that.

Clues, anyone?

Best.

Chaz

PS And Ms. Zweig, who's she? Everything she has ever said seems to reflect the Euro/GSM line.

Could someone comment on the "always-on" feature and how this relates to the various CDMA versions? What is the earliest time we will see this CDMA feature in place?

In my opinion this will be very desirable in mobile computing, almost as important as transmission speed.
