Others that read this board might be of more help, but I don't see MOT adding additional shares unless BWSI challenges them to do so. At least that's how I read it. With 500 shares, I'm guessing I'll get 200 MOT. At this point I see BWSI's fundamentals much better than MOT's which suck for BWSI holders. Going forward however, depending on how adept management is (Ed Breen (head of MOT broadband unit)is the only one that can save this company) I like MOT"s prospects. Hope this helps, John
