Tony - Thanks for that reference on Intel's Pentium die sizes. The fellow's data seems exceptionally accurate - especially his knowledge of various subtle die "compactions" and the seemingly incremental die size reductions. His data was quite complete - except for Celeron die sizes. However - his estimate for the Pentium 4 die size on 0.13 micron seems very optimistic - I hope he's right. Paul
