Through all of the back & forth on this thread, I find it amazing that people (Republicans, in general) refuse to accept the fact that our environment is suffering, and declining at an absolutely catastrophic rate. I mean, open your eyes. The modern mechanical era has been around for oh ... less than 200 years. It is now not safe to eat fish due to mercury, our reefs are being decimated, 90% (yes Jim, 90% - and don't ask for a link) of our forest is now parking lots. The rest of the 10% have roads running through them, that aren't maintained, and Bush decides to build more. We're drilling our last few Edens, because it will last us 10, 20, 50, 100 more years. That is NOTHING. And Bush makes NO commitment for creating alt fuels, and I think you know why.

In defending Bush's action on the Kyoto treaty, he said the American economy comes over the environment. And then I read posts like "Looks like the human race is winning." From a scuba diver. It's astonishing to me, that people can be so shortsighted. You get to dive, and enjoy the beauty, but your grandchildren won't.

But yeah, Bush is right. We need more proof!

Anyway, I'm just rambling. But I can't believe some of the things I've read. And especially that loser Robert. Who the f*ck cares if it's 50% or 10% or 90% or where it came from. It is a unanimously accepted medical fact that sperm count is down. Get a life.
