Several things are obvious: --No one at all should have any problem seeing that the economy and stock market debacle started well over a year ago... --You questioned, as we all have, Paul Allen investments...were they visionary...or what? Why the IPO's, if no support was to be given... --I wonder just what influence Paul Allen and Vulcan Ventures has had on ANY and ALL of his investments??? How much did V V and PA have to say about the lack of GNET information given to Wall Street OR were they THE REASON that there was little done to increase awareness....??? --Your comments from April till July 26, 2000 were made during the time of talks with GNET and INSP...although we didn't know it then...Read from the prospective of hindsight, it is quite interesting... --You blasted Russell Horowitz/GNET in June 2000 by not having solid plans regarding increasing awareness, and suggest that awareness could include (quote)"major coverage, and does not mean some analysts that on one has ever heard of, share buybacks, not missing out on the largest technology conferences, creative advertising and branding, acquisitions, and ome news that actually gets greeted with some enthusiasm, not tiny little deals that 99.99% of everyone shrugs off like again today, since Yahoo and Lycos already trumped you on the On24 news. The little stuff might be designed to tide over some, but the market is not fooled. " (unquote) I personally wonder if you still have the stock, and if you do WHY you don't have the same comments towards the INSP leadership.... www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=13869689 --On July 25, 2000 you are reasonably optimistic (you say ecstatic), and there are no posts until Jan 23, 2001....and then again the hatred of RH etc. comes through.... and yet, you don't have even a word about the article in "the standard" that perhaps shows what REALLY happened..... I personally find that odd..... --And this one speaks for itself...Message 15453462 How did you determine that GNET management was all wrong, and that INSP was all right....? Since the GNET management left, even in this market, if INSP was going to be leading the pack, and things were going well, INSP would be doing much better than it has been. ONLY THE INSP MANAGEMENT and BOD are responsible for the mess since Jan (and since things like that don't happen in a minute, probably happened since the actual merger Oct 12, 2000)....INSP management are the only ones left....Take a look at the stock since INSP (mostly owned by Jain) decided that Jain should stay, and the others should go.....Think you will see that the downward trend has continued....UNFORTUNATELY!!!
