Isn't it obvious to you? The unauthorized use of the cable itself may not be a copyright infringement, but it is certainly using a commercial property without consent, and that use deprives them of their rightful commercial benefit and profit of that use.....<g> frankly, I don't care what Bill does, but there is an issue that would hang over his head which the company can raise..... this is much like cheating the I.R.S... good luck if you can sleep nights anyhow.....<g> I've never heard of such a test case in court, but theft is theft no matter how you try to justify it; we all have to live with ourselves.....<g>
