none the less you are quite correct.

It will also be interesting to see if the recently registered 15,000,000 shares/option grants will be granted before the end of the year closing of the books... this is often the case.

They've been priced at apx. $18.50 so it won't be too very hard for them to convert in the money and further dilute the stock of the common share holders.

It's another great argument against the "buy and hold" mantra. Insider selling has been going on at an unheard of record pace for the last two years in tech stocks particularly, and current ratios still are in favor of net sellers. Why aren't the insiders, the people who know the most about the company and the industry and the market they created, buying and holding like all the bag holders are taught to do?? <gg>

I know, I know... they still have tons of free shares (that they granted themselves) they haven't sold yet. Why isn't that comforting<g>
