I could be wrong....perhaps managers are sitting on so much cash...they have to buy SOMETHING...that could happen....
But I think they'll be deer in the headlights a while longer.....I think they'll play it conservative until more news out....

How can you "buy the rumor" when the rumor is bad? Maybe I could see a "sell the rumor, buy news"...but then the buying would take place post-April 15th....that actually makes more sense to me...even though, historically, that's not a good period for tech stocks...

Also, this doesn't feel like a retest of a low to me......it's not selling off, hitting, and bouncing......its just plopping there like Fat Albert...
Every tick up (COMPX) of a few points...gets sold...
Grinding down....

Hey, this all my FUD....good luck with your decision....If there is buying next week, I would think it is a technical, oversold rally in some names that got beat up this week....and it will get sold off soon after..

Richard...one other point to consider...

Most funds STILL are overweighted tech....although, again, there could be some buying of the guys that heavily sold off this week/month.....do you think these managers want to maintain a higher % in tech (I don't)...given what's going on...and all the irate/redemption calls...they are geting from their investors? Therfore, I think they have to be net sellers...in my mind, that explain the grinding, systematic down moves in Naz....given the (still) overweight, I think it has more to run...we'll see..

I think the (managers) are still looking for ways out the back door...
