But there is a very curious report today that WFII has had an increase in unbilled accounts receivables. I wonder what that means. Is someone in the accounting section not doing their job, or was WFII forced to write off some jobs because the customer couldn't pay? Is there a management problem here, or is this just another aspect of a temporary decline in business?
